All four gospels have an account of the Feeding the 5000 and it is from Luke 9 that this message comes. This continues the Essential 100 series. The outline of the application is as follows:
- 1) Jesus models for us Compassion and hospitality.
- 2) Orderliness is of the LORD.
- 3) Jesus is the Bread of life.
- 4) Jesus takes what we offer and Multiplies it exceedingly.
- 5) Jesus will not Neglect sacrificial followers of Him.
- 6) The Provision of the LORD is enough and then some.
